Call for contributions 11th EUA-CDE Thematic Workshop

Deadline for contributions: 5 November 2017.

We are pleased to invite EUA-CDE members (please consult here if your institution is a member) to contribute a presentation to the 11^th EUA-CDE Thematic Workshop. The event will be hosted by the University of Malta on 18 and 19 January 2018 in Valletta.

The Workshop will reflect on key practices and institutional structures that have been introduced over the last decade and discuss their impact on doctoral education. Contributors will give short presentations (5 min) at the start of the parallel working groups. Contributions to the workshop should be linked to one of the following topics:

-Institutional structures (e.g. doctoral schools)

-Doctoral supervision

-Transferable skills training and career development

-Intersectoral collaboration

Participants selected to present their contribution will enjoy a reduced registration fee, but are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses. For further questions, please contact Bregt on info@eua-cde.org.

After submitting your contribution, please do not register for the event until the results of the selection process have been announced. Participants selected to present their contribution will benefit from one reduced registration fee per presentation, which will be applied through a separate registration process.
